You can also make some breakfast enchiladas with ancho chili sauce. Plus, you can get a little more creative with savory, saucy dishes like cauliflower and eggs benedict with roasted veggie hash.

Cottage cheese is another diverse source of protein. Has 70 percent of its calories coming from protein. Cottage cheese is the most versatile source of protein on our list. You can use it to put a savory twist on your favorite fruit salad. Of course, you can also use it as a creamy base for countless sauces, dressings, casseroles, and dips. You can have a bowl of it just as it is for the perfect side to go with your lunch. Or you can put some organic raw honey in it and have it for dessert.
