Do you want awesome-looking arms?  You must train those Biceps. As you know, the Biceps are the muscles located on the frontal part of the upper arm, between the shoulder and the elbow.

While trying to stay fit, variety is key. Plus, it is always fun to introduce different exercises while training and coaching others. Diversity is not only great for aesthetics but for overall body functioning.

A great exercise that it is most times overlooked is called Reverse Curls. They still work the biceps but with a little added emphasis. They stimulate and build the lower part of the biceps and the forearms.

Bicep Curls involve the same curling movement but different hand positioning. They can be performed with a straight bar or an EZ bar. However, be mindful that you will not be able to lift as much weight – must go lighter.
