Most people are always looking for ways to lose weight. When people learn I am a fitness coach in New York, they inquire about quick tips to burn more fat. Obviously weight training is a must. Yet, it is great to incorporate high intensity cardio moves.

An old-school exercise is High Knees. High knees are great because you do not require any equipment or a big space to perform them. It is like jogging in place. However, the knees go very high and the movement is fast-paced.

High knees accelerate your heart rate and metabolism, helping you to burn more fat. They are a whole body exercise since they highly stimulate the legs (quads, hamstrings, and calves), while engaging the hips, arms and core. Perform high knees between sets and be ready to sweat more than usual  😉
