This will cause you to feel overwhelmed and frustrated because you may not even know where to start. Setting small daily or weekly goals is a great way to break them up and create a plan that will help you succeed. By setting small goals, you will feel less stressed and more capable of achieving them. This is because it will be easier for you to focus on them and attack them little by little.
